Shipping Coverage

PVL USA ships to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $99 or more (before tax, after discounts).

Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery times are 8–10 business days (Monday–Friday).
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volume.

Expedited Shipping

Certain orders may qualify for next-day or 2-day delivery based on destination ZIP code.
Signatures are not required for delivery.
Packages may be left at the delivery address.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, PVL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Customers are responsible for securing their delivery location.

Address Accuracy & Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Shipment re-routing is not permitted once an order is placed.
Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will be refunded minus actual shipping costs incurred.
Additional freight charges may apply.
