CanadaGood balance of energy, slow start
The taste was bearable, that's my last bit of criteria for these type of drinks. The energy good, and long lasting, minimal jitters. I took one star away, because it's a very slow starter, need to take 40 to 90 mins before exercise. Later in the evening it's not best option, as the caffeine did not metabolize, and sleep wasn't well. Usually I'm looking for pre-workout after a long day at work, so late. And I need it to kick in ASAP
